About the Maker
In 1992, founders Robbin and Angeline formed a company and named it Sunday Afternoons in honor of their favorite family downtime; they got their start in sewing and selling all-weather picnic blankets called adventure blankets. Using their colorful blanket scraps, Robbin and Angeline created sun hats to sell alongside the blankets. Their first style, the "Sun Drizzle" was a hit with outdoor-loving customers who began asking to see more styles and colors.
